We obtained 3 quotes from builders who were recommended locally. C & C Joinery of Lostock Hall, Preston were chosen as they have worked with the architect before on his A-frame designs.

C & C are specialist joiners who contract in other trades as required. Joinery  was the main skill we were looking for, given the construction method.

C & C were competitively priced, and we found the principals easy to get along with when discussing the project. The firm was established in 1982 and has traded successfully and continuously since then.

We again obtained quotes from 3 builders and accepted the quote of J P Joinery Services (Preston) Ltd owned by John Kehoe, also a director of C & C Joinery  (NW) Ltd who constructed the garage.  We are pleased to be dealing with John again on the main part of the project.
